Brian Bibb Authors Article on Employment Law in Knoxville Business Journal

Member Brian R. Bibb submitted an article on employment law as a contributing guest columnist in the August edition of the Knoxville News Sentinel, Knoxville Business Journal. Mr. Bibb’s article focused on employee evaluations and advises employers on how to appropriately handle performance evaluations with an eye toward being prepared for any potential lawsuits or employment discrimination investigations. Mr. Bibb, along with several other members of the firm, regularly advises employers on employment law and employment discrimination matters and defends employment law and regulatory matters before state and federal administrative bodies and in state and federal court.
