Members Hanson Tipton and Courtney Read were recognized again this year in the annual “Best Lawyers in America” list in the area of Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. Member Courtney Read was also recognized in Litigation – Real Estate as a “Best Lawyer.” Best Lawyers goes through a vetted, peer-reviewed process to identify practice leaders throughout this region and around the country.
Members John Batson, Benjamin Lauderback and Hanson Tipton were also recognized as Top Attorneys in Knoxville’s Cityview Magazine. Mr. Batson was recognized in Administrative Law. Mr. Lauderback was recognized in Constitutional Law/Civil Rights. Mr. Tipton was recognized in Medical Malpractice – Defense and Workers Compensation Defense. Cityview Magazine conducts an annual survey of local bar members and identifies leaders within the Knoxville legal community. Mr. Batson has been recognized several times in past years by Cityview.
