Dan Pilkington presents training seminar for East Tennessee law enforcement

Dan Pilkington Dan R. Pilkington assisted local law enforcement officers by providing training on litigation of constitutional claims both in the civil and criminal arenas. The training included a discussion of recent criminal prosecutions of law enforcement including the Derek Chauvin trial. In addition, Mr. Pilkington provided tips and best practices for avoiding litigation. The training was certified by Tennessee Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.), which serves as the primary regulatory body for Tennessee law enforcement.
