
Cliff Robins has 5 years of practice as an attorney. He joins Watson Roach after spending the majority of his time practicing in the U.S. Army, Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he was a client services attorney, an associate general counsel to Infantry Division and Brigade Commanders and their staff members, and was a prosecutor for a major infantry division.
During his time as an Army prosecutor, he advised law enforcement on and litigated several criminal felony and misdemeanor level contested courts-martial. Additionally, as a military magistrate, he approved law enforcement officers’ requests for search and seizure authorizations on criminal cases. As an associate general counsel, he advised Commanders and their staff members on how to properly conform to international, federal, state, and military laws and regulations.
Cliff Robins was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he and his wife graduated from Bearden High School. He attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he was on the swim team. In his personal time, he enjoys swimming, reading, playing basketball, and generally being outdoors.
